Plasticity presents:
❉ JEKU [3HR SET]
❉ GIB (FLIP THE LID)
❉ ALGORITHM MEAT
SAT 28TH MARCH // 19:00-02:00 // GOODWILL BASEMENT
A native of Helsinki's underground, where he is a regular at Kaiku and Post Bar, we welcome Jeku to Boorloo for his first local appearance. Jeku delivers an organic, futuristic sound that dissolves genre boundaries in favor of pure kinetic motion. Blending progressive, acid, and psychedelic textures, his productions (including standout releases like Surreality EP on Craigie Knowes, Twisted Utopia on Harmony Rec, and work on Non-Temporal) forge a mycelial, mind-expanding strain of electronic music. Grooves for the dancefloor and deep psyche dives alike.
Joining him is Gib, the Belfast-born, Boorloo-based boss behind Flip The Lid. Gib launched the label as a community-driven platform for cutting-edge prog/trance/house artists, dropping punchy V/As like Rolly Bump Vol. 1 & 2 and running a monthly radio show on Bloop London. We're excited to bring his forward-thinking, high-energy sound to the Goodwill basement.
Easing us into the night is RTR resident and eclectic selector Algorithm Meat (Walyalup-based), drawing from her IDM leanings and the deeper cuts in her collection for a smooth, immersive warm-up.
