Reports to: The Operations Manager

Commencing: July, 2024 (flexible)

Contract: Full Time

Salary: $70-75K+ Super + KPI Bonus + PD Package

Who We Need

The ideal candidate has a passion for food, beverage and service that makes you walk away with your next visit already pencilled in your head (see: Unreasonable Hospitality, Will Guidara).

Like all good hospitality professionals you'll understand how people tick and have a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike; bringing the core value of 'TEAM' to our spaces.

Leading from the front, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while overseeing service in a 100-300 cover (depending on the night) restaurant + other outlets from time to time.


  • Supervise day-to-day activities and assist with service both in the restaurant and other outlets for functions, events and festivals.
  • Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased attendance and SPH.
  • Emphatically collaborate with our kitchen and bar teams on new menus and the creative development of our F&B offering as a whole.
  • Aid in all financial budgeting operations, answering for labour, cost of goods and other controllable costs.


  • At least 1-2 years of restaurant service experience.
  • Comfortably oversee a 100-300 cover restaurant space whilst remaining cool, calm and collected.
  • Regular availability Wed-Sun, a willing night owl.
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and juggle administrative requirements with service hours around the needs of the business.

Preferred Candidates

  • 1+ year supervisor/management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Confidence in pairing similar menus with beverage options.
  • Experience planning and delivering food and beverage events.
