WORK WITH US

Join The Rechabite team and be a part of something truly iconic in Perth's thriving hospitality and entertainment precinct.

Program Coordinator (Full Time)

The Gig

The Rechabite is a multi-level hospitality and entertainment complex located on William Street at the nexus between the Northbridge Entertainment Precinct and the Perth Cultural Centre.

Programs presented across The Rechabite’s four levels occur year-round alongside a wide array of cultural, festival and food and beverage programs delivered with other hospitality and cultural partners.

Our aspiration is for The Rechabite to be renowned as a centre of surprise and delight, a multi-level/multi-use complex that across its various dynamic spaces provides year-round engagement with the widest and wildest variety of cultural and hospitality offerings, aligning with existing programming across the precinct whilst presenting something vibrant and new.

Our Management Team

Our management team is a unique blend of hospitality professionals and production/programming/marketing and people specialists.

The Rechabite is incredibly unique in the way we operate (no two days are the same) and similarly, our team is composed of a pretty spectacularly different group of people.

Something we all share is a passion for creating a safe space that delivers exciting new experiences to the people of Perth and embraces diversity in all of its forms; never striving for 'good', always 'wow!'.

We're all about progression and kicking goals together. Information is openly shared and there's systemic support structures in place to encourage an environment of learning and professional growth, particularly for our full time staff.

Who We Need

The Programming Coordinator supports the delivery of The Rechabite’s diverse program of events. Reporting to the Program Manager & Producer and working closely alongside the Production, Marketing and Front of House teams, this role assists with the end-to-end process of booking shows, coordinating event logistics, liaising with artists and partners, and managing post-event reporting and administration.

This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about live performance and cultural events. Some non-standard working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to support event delivery.

The Perks

  • Complimentary tickets to all events at The Rechabite
  • Discounts on Food & Beverage
  • Work within a vibrant and creative arts venue
  • Opportunities for professional development and hands-on experience across performance, music, and live events
  • Supportive team culture with scope to contribute ideas and grow within the business
