Join us for a sonic journey that is out of this world as Botswana-born, Perth-raised and now Sydney-based artist xmunashe is joined by Jonti and Joshuah for a night to remember.

Featuring special guest Mali Jo$e and a DJ set by Santamaria Brothers, The Rechabite is definitely the place to be on Friday 1 March.

xmunashe is an emerging artist at the beginning of his journey, who is unafraid to explore new artistic horizons. As a live performer his artistry seamlessly fuses improvisation, jazz and soul with poetic lyricism, resulting in a genre defying experience. In the studio, xmunashe’s distinctive, self-taught production style gives birth to intricate sonic tapestries; a window into profound musical realms.

As of this moment, xmunashe remains an unreleased and wholly independent artist. Remarkably, with just a handful of performances under his belt, he has captured the global music community’s attention. In the words of one observer, 'The performance is effortless, intriguing, and quite possibly unlike anything I’ve witnessed in recent years.'
