Alternating with courses written and prepared by Chef Paul 'Yoda' Iskov which invite you to indulge in his innovative interpretations of Native Australian ingredients; expertly highlighting their unique qualities and inherent beauty. Join us on Hello Rooftop to commence with cocktails and canapés, before enjoying dinner in Double Rainbow Eating House where both chefs will prepare alternating courses in our open kitchen, joined by the Double Rainbow team.
